Previously Islamabad had opposed the blacklisting of Azhar has now agreed to enforce the sanctions imposed on him which include asset freeze, travel ban and arms embargo which all the UN member states are required to enforce without delay.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that is was a diplomatic victory for india.
